The research employs a literature review method by analyzing 14 international journal articles that are relevant to the topic. The analysis reveals that the synergy between e-commerce and managerial innovation enhances flexibility, market penetration, and the adaptability of small enterprises to changes in demand and technology. The strategic implications of these findings highlight the importance of strengthening digital capacity and management responsiveness to the dynamics of the digital market.
