Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between innovative leadership and organizational readiness in the face of technological disruption through a literature review method. Faster technological disruption requires organizations to be more adaptive and responsive. In this context, innovative leadership plays an important role as a vision guide and driver of an organizational culture that is open to change. Meanwhile, organizational readiness is a crucial foundation to ensure that digital transformation can be implemented effectively. The results of the analysis of 11 scientific articles show that the integration between innovative leadership and organizational readiness strengthens the organization's ability to respond to technological changes strategically. This study emphasizes the importance of building synergy between visionary leadership and adaptive organizational structures, through strengthening human resource capacity, digital training, and the formation of a culture of sustainable innovation. These findings contribute to managerial practices in both the public and private sectors in facing the era of digital transformation.
