Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of strategic management and technological innovation in supporting the sustainability of micro-enterprises post-COVID-19 pandemic through a systematic literature review approach. By analyzing 10 academic articles from 2020 to 2024, it was found that micro companies are significantly restructuring their business strategies and accelerating technology adoption. Strategies based on flexibility, adaptive leadership, and the use of cheap digital technologies such as social media and marketplace platforms are the main determinants of the success of business recovery. The study also found that external support, both from governments and the digital community, helped accelerate the adaptation process. However, limited access to training and digital infrastructure remains a major challenge. These results show that the integration of managerial strategy and technological innovation is not only an emergency solution, but also a foundation for long-term growth for MSMEs. These findings make an important contribution to the development of inclusive and technology-based microeconomic recovery policies.
