The literature study method was used to analyze some selected scientific articles from Google Scholar. The results of the study show that the success of implementation is greatly influenced by the readiness of digital infrastructure, teacher competence, and supportive education policies. The main challenges include limited access to technology, low digital literacy of teachers, and the role of parents that is not optimal. Optimization strategies include teacher training, adaptive curriculum development, and collaboration between schools and communities. This study concludes that the implementation of hybrid learning in elementary schools must be contextual, collaborative, and supported by inclusive policies in order to be able to improve the quality of education in a sustainable manner.
